Other symptoms of insomnia you

might face

Anxiety symptoms might develop gradually over time or appear out of the blue. When you have morning anxiety, you either wake up feeling nervous or the symptoms start to show right away. It's very normal to feel a little anxious in the morning due to the events in your life. However, you can have a generalized anxiety disorder if your anxiety is persistent (GAD). Anxiety at the start of the day could indicate GAD.

Anxiety and stress are essentially best friends. Anxiety can develop when dealing with one or more life stressors, such as financial concerns, health issues, job insecurity, and relationship problems. In addition, stress generally results in greater cortisol levels. Therefore, they might be more obvious during that morning spike right after you get up.

In conclusion, I've been learning about anxiety treatments over the past few months and I've learned that the best type of treatment that's most likely to help someone with insomnia depends on the cause of their anxiety. For example, if a person's anxiety is caused by a medical condition, treating their medical condition is the best way to cure their Insomnia.
